If you purchased a garment from Juliana Sanchez through the website or WhatsApp and decide not to keep it, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within five business days after receiving the order.
To request this, email contacto@julianasanchez.co with your information. Return shipping and related costs are paid by the customer. Once the garment is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, the refund will be processed within seven calendar days from the date the right of withdrawal was exercised.
You may request an exchange within sixty calendar days from the purchase date in Juliana Sanchez stores, multibrand stores, affiliate locations, or by contacting customer service at contacto@julianasanchez.co.
Items for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and keep all internal and external tags attached. For in-store purchases, the paper or digital invoice, or the identification number of the purchaser, is required to validate the transaction.
Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer unless the exchange is the result of an approved warranty claim. If a refund is approved, payment may be made by bank transfer or in cash at physical points of sale.
Garage-sale items with quality-control defects, sample items, or discontinued references are excluded from exchange.
If a garment has a manufacturing defect, the warranty request period is 180 days from the purchase date. Requests may be made in our physical stores or by writing to contacto@julianasanchez.co.
Our quality-control team may request that the garment be sent in for review. We will evaluate the case and respond within a maximum of seven calendar days. Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions is not covered by the warranty.
Juliana Sanchez gift cards can be used in physical stores and on the website by presenting the email sent by contacto@julianasanchez.co. Gift cards are valid for one year and are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without authorization.
